• ek333 Weekly Reload Reward: A 30% bonus is available once per week on any deposit of ৳500 or more, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 18x.
• ek333 Friday Special: A 50% bonus on a specific deposit every Friday, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: A 40% bonus on deposits to the Cricket or Sports section, up to a maximum of ৳6,000. Wagering requirement: 15x.
• Birthday Gift: Verified members can claim a reward of up to ৳1,500 in their birthday month. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Refer a Friend ek333 Gift: A reward of up to ৳2,000 is available for each friend who successfully registers and makes a deposit. Wagering requirement: 12x.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, winnings cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every member is responsible for using ek333's services honestly and for their intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits
• Using fraudulent or illegal payment methods
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

• Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's account

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they must contact the support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, though bonus-related terms will still apply.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction or gaming activity for an extended period. Reactivating an inactive account requires contacting the support team.
